Privacy model
Pros control recording, review draft evidence, and submit curated work packages. Clients only see evidence explicitly shared with them.
Capture permissions
Screen capture follows operating system and browser permission flows. Unsupported capture modes must appear as clear limitations, never broken controls.
Offline and upload behavior
Sessions and evidence should be stored locally first, queued when offline, and retried safely. Live upload means progressive artifact upload, not live streaming.
Client access
Client reviewers access submitted packages in the universal app. Download permissions, comments, approvals, and access events remain visible to the pro.
